Good morning, New Jersey! Princeton is home to two Official Governor’s residences. Morven, which served as the Governor’s mansion from 1953 -1981 is now a museum while Drumthwacket has only served as a full-time residence for three Governors since 1982. Others have used it as a part-time residence. Charles Smith Olden built the mansion in 1835 and was the first Governor to live there.
